A support contact must be configured before release.

Include the app version, Android version, device model, job identifier and the error message. Do not send your owner credential or sensitive uploads in email.

Rendering and saving

Keep the render screen open while a film renders. If your device cannot encode a film, try the Fast preset. Optional server rendering is available only if the operator enables it. Save a copy of your finished film before its retention period expires.

Unsafe output

Choose Report content from your film’s menu and describe the issue. Reports are reviewed by the service operator. Contact support if you cannot access the reporting action.
