Delete your data

No account is required. Your private anonymous owner credential authorizes access to your films.

1. Open the film’s menu and choose Delete.
2. If a stage is running, cancel it, wait for it to stop, then retry deletion.
3. Delete downloaded or gallery copies separately on your device.

Deletion removes the job, its documents, associated private artifacts and access to its share link. Safety reports and backup copies expire under the periods listed in the privacy policy. Shared or downloaded copies held by others cannot be recalled by the app.

If you lost access to your private credential, contact the privacy contact once the operator configures it with the job identifier and information needed to verify your request. Never email your credential. The operator must verify requests before disclosing or deleting private data. Clearing app data alone does not delete backend data; inactive jobs expire automatically under the privacy policy.
